SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days of receipt.
Shipping charges for your order are processed and displayed at checkout.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold on Simply Justified Dog Products and Accessories.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days after purchase. If more than 45 days have passed since you purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
The item being returned must be in the same condition as you received it. It must be unused and sent back in original packaging.
